RESOLVED

• approve the signage at 7393 South Broadway, listed under Tax Grid #6272-10-314564 as depicted in applicant's submission with the same dimensions as provided and that the signage will not exceed the square footage as provided by the Code of the Village of Red Hook and the sign is within the limits allowed and conforms to all provisions of Section 200-38 of the Code of the Village of Red Hook; applicant shall sign a building permit prior to hanging the sign which requires no fee
