RESOLVED

  • An Area Variance for Relief from Article 3 Section 200-19-B-6 of the Village of Red Hook Zoning Code to allow for an increase from 35% to 39.2% to allow a conversion of detached structure into a studio apartment with the condition that the upstairs remain storage area only is approved.
