NEW BUSINESS Tradition at Red Hook Site Plan Consideration of a proposal by the developers to post a performance bond for construction of a playground in lieu of actual construction which was required to be completed before additional Certificates of Occupancy can be issued. ADJOURNMENT The next regular meeting of the Town Planning Board will occur Monday, March 7, 2022. Only new applications and continuing submissions received at the Planning Board Office by the close of the agenda, noon on Friday, February 25, 2022, will be considered at the next meeting. The Board does not accept new information presented at a meeting for review at that meeting.
