Resolution #9-2015 — 2015-07-13

WHEREAS

  • the Village of Red Hook intends to continue its efforts to establish a waste water system for the central business district and can apply to USDA-RD for grant/loan money for the waste water project, per Engineering Report, dated June 2015, already submitted to USDA-Rd
  • the Village of Red Hook seeks a preliminary funding determination from USDA-RD for the project
  • the process involves review and signature of documents to pursue the application for the preliminary funding determination
  • by municipal law the Mayor has executive authority

RESOLVED

  • Mayor Ed Blundell is fully authorized to complete and sign requisite USDA-RD documents as necessary to complete the application paperwork.
