WHEREAS

  • the attached Chapter 117 Flood Damage Prevention was introduced by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook on March 5, 2012
  • the public hearing was held on April 9, 2012 at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, and hearing being duly noticed, at which time all interested parties had an opportunity to be heard
  • the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook heretofore has issued a Negative Declaration in connection with the adoption of this Local Law

RESOLVED

  • ENACTED, by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook that Local Law 2-2012 (Chapter 117 - Flood Damage Prevention) is hereby adopted
