WHEREAS

• the Village of Red Hook duly advertised and received bids on February 26, 2021 for the Village of Red Hook Sewer Project-General Contract
• said bids were opened and recorded at 2 pm on February 26, then reviewed by the Village Engineer C.T. Male Associates
• the Village of Red Hook acknowledges Carver Construction, Inc as qualified low bidder and the Engineer has reviewed the bids for accuracy and affirms that Carver Construction, Inc is a firm known by them to be responsible and capable of doing this job
• The Village of Red Hook offers and awards the prime General Contract to Carver Construction, Inc based on their bid document

RESOLVED

• awards Carver Construction, Inc the base bid for the General Contract of $6,797,145.00
