RESOLVED

  • by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Red Hook that the Mayor and Deputy Mayor are hereby authorized to execute the Easements, associated tax filing forms and indemnity agreement and cause the Easements to be recorded in the Office of the Dutchess County Clerk.
