Anderson Commons Intermunicipal Agreement

RESOLVED

  • The Mayor is authorized to execute the Intermunicipal Agreement with the Town of Red Hook for Anderson Commons, subject to final changes as approved by the Mayor and Deputy Village Attorney, governing construction of roads and sewage plant oversight with the understanding that the Village will not be responsible for any costs or expenses related to the sewage treatment plant serving multiple municipalities.
