RESOLVED
- The proposed enclosed walkway between the garage and the house is granted, based on findings that it is consistent with existing buildings in the neighborhood, will not cause undesirable change or detriment to nearby properties, adds only a non-substantial increase in lot coverage from 11% to 11.7%, will not affect physical or environmental conditions in the previously disturbed area approved by NYSDEC, and is dimensioned minimally to function as a corridor, subject to payment of all fees and escrow and receipt of approvals from the Town of Red Hook Planning Board.
