RESOLVED

  1. Based on the Board's review of Part II Impact Assessment of the EAF-S, the proposed action will not create a material conflict with adopted land use plans or zoning regulations
  2. The proposed action will not result in a change in use or intensity of use of the land
  3. The proposed action will not impair the character or quality of the existing community
  4. The proposed action will not impact environmental characteristics that caused the establishment of a Critical Environmental Area
  5. The proposed action will not result in an adverse change in existing traffic or affect existing infrastructure for mass transit, biking or walkways
  6. The proposed action will not impact existing public/private water supplies or wastewater treatment utilities
  7. The proposed action will not impair the character or quality of important historic, archaeological, architectural or aesthetic resources
  8. The proposed action will not result in an adverse change to natural resources including wetlands, waterbodies, groundwater, air quality, flora and fauna
  9. The proposed action will not result in an increase in potential for erosion, flooding or drainage problems
  10. The proposed action will not create a hazard to environmental resources or human health
  11. A Negative Declaration is hereby made under SEQR
