RESOLVED

  1. The ZBA adopts a meeting duration policy effective September 8, 2021, limiting meeting duration to two and a half hours, with the policy stating: It is the ZBA's policy to hear each person who wishes to speak at public hearings, and to that end it is respectfully requested all comments be brief and to the point. Any unfinished business will be continued at the next regularly scheduled ZBA meeting.
