RESOLVED

  1. The landscaping maintenance requirement, by the owner of record, must be noted on the Amended Site Plan.
  2. The title block must read 'Amended Site Plan For Multi-Family Residence', with the correct date.
  3. All fees and escrow must be paid.
  4. The revised, Amended Site Plan, must be submitted in 4 copies, in the required format, to the Planning Office for signature.
  5. The above conditions must be satisfied for the applicant to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy.
