  1. two area variances are granted to reduce the side yard setback from the required twenty feet to eight feet and to enlarge the building coverage from the permitted ten percent to fifteen percent for installation of the storage building at 8 Columbia Avenue

  • WHEREAS, Section 143-12, District Schedule of Area And Bulk Regulations, of the Zoning Law of the Town of Red Hook, stipulates a maximum building coverage of 10% in the RD1.5 Zoning District, and the proposed installation would result in a building coverage of 15%
