  1. An area variance is granted to allow an addition with a side yard setback of 7 feet and building coverage of 8.86% at 147 Country Club Drive
Show preamble — 3 WHEREAS clauses
  • WHEREAS, Section 143-13 (A) (4) requires that the total of both side yards for a principal building shall be not less than 40% of lot width, with no single side yard less than 60% of the minimum side yard otherwise required for the district (21 feet)
  • WHEREAS, Section 143 Attachment 2 limits maximum building coverage in the RD3 Zone to 7% of parcel
  • WHEREAS, the applicants seek to construct an addition to increase the size of the bathroom and bedroom at 147 Country Club Drive in the RD3 zoning district
