Meetings/Resolutions/(operational)
Failed/Withdrawnformal_resolutionongoingThe Board voted to grant an area variance to allow Luis Rodriguez and Aleighsha Elston to house one miniature horse and one miniature donkey on their 1.059 acre parcel at 16 St. Paul Road, finding that the animals are comparable in size to large dogs and that the neighborhood is characterized by agricultural development; however, the motion failed to pass.
