- the Section 284 agreement of the Town Highway law on Section A Oriole Mills to chip seal Oriole Mills Road with the exception of the segment of approximately 2,000 running feet of the dirt/gravel portion at Camp Rising Sun. There shall be expended, not over the sum of $85,000 on the road improvement line.
