RESOLVED

  1. the recitations of the facts and circumstances set forth in all of the preceding WHEREAS clauses are expressly incorporated herein and form a part of the terms of this Memorandum of Agreement
  2. Article 7- Compensation: Section A is amended to provide effective January 1, 2024, all employees will receive a three (3%) percent increase in their hourly rate with no retroactive payments; effective March 1, 2024, all employees will receive a one (1%) percent increase in their hourly rate; effective January 1, 2025, all employees will receive a three and three quarter (3.75%) percent increase in their hourly rate; effective January 1, 2026, all employees will receive a two and three quarter (2.75%) percent increase in their hourly rate
  3. Article 8- Health Insurance: Premium Payment is amended to provide employees hired on or before May 25, 2022 will contribute seventeen percent (17%) of the premium cost towards their applicable Medical Health Care premium with the Town paying one hundred percent (100%) of the deductible; employees hired after May 25, 2022 will pay twenty percent (20%) of the premium cost with the Town paying one hundred percent (100%) of the deductible; effective March 1, 2024, all employees will contribute twenty (20%) percent of the premium cost with the Town paying one hundred (100%) percent of the deductible; effective January 1, 2025, all employees will contribute twenty-one (21%) percent of the premium cost with the Town paying one hundred (100%) percent of the deductible; effective January 1, 2026, all employees will contribute twenty-two (22%) percent of the premium cost with the Town paying one hundred (100%) percent of the deductible

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook (further known as "Town") and United Public Service Employees Union (further known as "UPSEU") are signatories to a Collective Bargaining Agreement (further known as "CBA") which expired December 31, 2023
  • WHEREAS, the parties have engaged in good faith negotiations in an effort to arrive at a successor CBA
  • WHEREAS, the parties have reached a tentative agreement covering the period of January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2026
  • WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree that the current CBA and all its terms and conditions of employment set forth shall remain in full force and effect except as herein modified
  • WHEREAS, unless otherwise noted, all changes shall be prospective from the ratification of this Memorandum of Agreement
  • WHEREAS, this Memorandum of Agreement is subject to the approval of the Town of Red Hook and the ratification of the membership of the UPSEU
  • WHEREAS, each respective negotiating committee agrees to recommend the Memorandum of Agreement for approval and ratification
