The Town Engineer shall compile supplemental information to finalize the preliminary engineering report, prepare the map, plan, and report for Water District No. 2, that is coincident with Sewer District No. 1, with the exception of one parcel with split zoning, and prepare work related to Water District No. 2
  2. $40,000 of funding is appropriated from American Rescue Plan Act funds for the task order and associated legal fees
