  1. The Town Engineer is directed to compile supplemental information to finalize the preliminary engineering report, prepare the map, plan, and report, and prepare work related to Water District No. 2 coincident with Sewer District No. 1, with the exception of one parcel with split zoning
  2. $40,000 is appropriated from American Rescue Plan Act funds for the task order and associated legal fees
