RESOLVED

  1. The ZBA formally adopts the policy that the cost of publication of the public hearing notices in the Poughkeepsie Journal, and the cost of certified mailings of said public hearing notices to neighbors, may be debited directly from the applicants' escrow accounts, without increasing the amount of the initial escrow request charged to each applicant, in accordance with Planning Board practice.
