Resolution text

RESOLVED

  1. The sum of $50,000.00 shall be set aside to be expended for primary work and general repairs upon 60 miles of town highways, including sluices, culverts and bridges having a span of less than five feet and boardwalks or renewals thereof.
  2. The sum of not over $204,991.91 shall be expended for permanent improvement via asphalt overlay (2.5 inches thick, 16-23 feet width) on roads commencing at Old Post Road North, Pitcher Lane Extension, Fraleigh Lane, and Dock Road.
  3. The sum of not over $95,000.00 shall be expended for permanent improvement via oil and stone chip seal (1/4 inch thickness, 22 feet width) on roads commencing at Yantz Road, Oriole Mills Road, Sunrise Drive, and Sunset Terrace.
