RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the solicitation of bids for the Project in accordance with the applicable NYS Office of General Services contract for such vehicles

  • WHEREAS, the Supervisor has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for bids for the "TOWN OF RED HOOK- TWO ELECTRIC VANS" for transporting senior citizens and mobility challenged individuals (the "Project"), with the specifications on file with the Town Clerk and consistent with the requirements set forth in the FTA Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility grant
  • WHEREAS, the NYS Office of General Services has an open contract #22904 for vehicles of this type which requires compliance with their "mini-bid" procedures
