  1. the acquisition of a bucket loader at an estimated maximum cost of $210,000 is authorized
  2. the issuance of serial bonds of the Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, New York, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $170,000 pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance the cost thereof is authorized
  3. certain powers in connection therewith are delegated to the Town Supervisor
