  1. the Town of Red Hook is authorized to acquire a bucket loader at an estimated maximum cost of $210,000
  2. the Town is authorized to issue serial bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $170,000 pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance the cost thereof
  3. certain powers are delegated to the Town Supervisor in connection therewith
