RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to execute an agreement with Smith Control Systems for the 2025 Water Tank Communications Project as described in the RFP at a cost of $20,000.00, as set forth in the RFP and the proposal on file with the Town Clerk, subject to prevailing wage as required by law
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook, has a need for replacement of existing communication systems at the water storage tank of the Town of Red Hook Water Department ("2025 Water Tank Communications Project") which is essential to ensure the continued safety and reliability of the municipal water supply for Water District No. 1
  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook solicited proposals pursuant to a written request for proposals to solicit qualified contractors ("RFP")
  • WHEREAS, after review of the responses, a summary of which is on file with the Town Clerk, the Water Board has recommended the award to Smith Control Systems as lowest responsible bidder
