RESOLVED

  1. the amendment of the contract of sale for 38 Cookingham is hereby approved.
  2. the Supervisor or, in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the amendment substantially in the form on file with the Town Clerk and consistent with this resolution, and to execute and deliver the deed and other documents referred to therein in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract of sale for a single family residence and related tax parcels shown as Parcel 2 on Filed Map 12797 ("38 Cookingham"); and
  • WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the Town to modify the contract as set forth in a form of amendment on file with the Town Clerk;
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined that such action is a Type II action that has been determined not to have a significant effect on the environment; and
