RESOLVED

  1. that the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize and direct the Town Clerk to advertise for requests for sealed bids and a request for proposals as directed by the Highway Superintendent, in accordance with the foregoing specifications.

  • WHEREAS, the Highway Superintendent of the Town of Red Hook has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for highway materials and services required for 2020 including: (i) request for sealed bids for ice control abrasives; (ii) request for sealed bids for hot mix asphalt; and (iii) request for proposals for various materials and services, in each case pursuant to specifications substantially in the form on file with the Town Clerk.
