RESOLVED
- the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to execute an agreement with the Aqueous Infrastructure Management Co. for the 2024 Water Tank Project as described in the RFP at a cost of $8,250.00, as set forth in the RFP and the proposal on file with the Town Clerk, subject to prevailing wage as required by law
- this resolution shall take effect immediately

- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook, has a need for a water storage tank inspection and sediment removal at the Town of Red Hook Water Department ("2024 Water Tank Project") which is essential to ensure the continued safety and reliability of the municipal water supply
- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook solicited proposals pursuant to a written request for proposals to solicit qualified contractors ("RFP")
- WHEREAS, after review of the response, a summary of which is on file with the Town Clerk, the Water Board has recommended the award to Aqueous Infrastructure Management Co.
