RESOLVED

  1. Amendment No. 1 to the Fire Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Red Hook and the Red Hook Fire Company, Inc. for 2023 and 2024 for fire protection services is hereby approved
  2. Amendment No. 1 to the Fire Service Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and the Village of Tivoli for 2023 and 2024 for fire protection services is hereby approved
  3. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute the foregoing Amendments and such other documents necessary in connection with such Amendments. Such Amendments shall be in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor
