RESOLVED

  1. The Town of Red Hook hereby accepts donations in the additional aggregate amount of approximately $4,000 through Red Hook Plays, as indicated in a statement on file with the Clerk, on the condition that the moneys be used for the Town's Playground Renewal Project at the Recreational Park East.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
