RESOLVED
- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the Supervisor to accept the foregoing bid for the Project and execute a contract in such the form provided by the specifications, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance and bonds and such further documentation as required by the bid specifications

- WHEREAS, the Town issued a notice of public bid dated August 3, 2019 for the acceptance of sealed bids for the "Recreation Park Improvements Phase 1 – West", Contract No. 27-5004-005, in the Town (the "Project"), to be opened at 11:00 a.m. on August 26, 2019 at Town Hall
- WHEREAS, specifications for the Project were prepared by T&B Engineering, P.C., a professional corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York
- WHEREAS, sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on August 26, 2019, after due notice pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, with a bid received from Fastracs Rentals, Inc. as set forth on the tabulation included in the engineer's recommendation letter
- WHEREAS, the base bid of Fastracs Rentals, Inc. in the amount of $410,000.00 plus alternate #2 in the amount of $9,960.00, alternate #3 in the amount of $6,760.00, alternate #4 in the amount of $15,810.00, and alternate #5 in the amount of $57,780.00 for a total contract price of $500,310.00 for the Project has been determined to be the lowest responsible bid for such work as specified in the specifications on file with the Clerk
