RESOLVED

  1. The Supervisor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Lighting Order in the form as approved by the Supervisor consistent with the final Lighting Order.
  2. The Supervisor the Town Clerk, and the Town's other officers, employees and agents are hereby authorized and directed for, and in the name and on behalf of the Town, to do all acts and things required or provided by the provisions of the Lighting Order.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook adopted Resolution 56 2018 dated September 26, 2018 approving the establishment of the Hoffman TND Lighting District (the "Final District Order")
  • WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook has determined that entering into a Street Lighting Authority Order (the "Lighting Order") with Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation consistent with the Final District Order is in the best interests of the Town
