RESOLVED
- The solicitation of bids for the Project is hereby authorized substantially in accordance with the specifications on file with the Town Clerk, subject to NYSDOT requirements, with bids to be received until 10:00 a.m. on December 17, 2025 or such later time and date as determined by the Supervisor upon consultation with the Project Engineer, provided that such publication shall appear not less than five days prior to the date set for bid opening
- The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution

- WHEREAS, by resolution dated January 14, 2025, the Town Board authorized a project for the Red Hook Saw Kill Road Bridge Replacement, Town of Red Hook, Dutchess County, BPIN 2262850, P.I.N. 8762.65 (the "Project"), eligible for funding under Title 23 U.S. Code, as amended, with the costs of such program to be borne at the ratio of 95% Federal funds and 5% non-federal funds
- WHEREAS, Hudson Valley Engineering Associates, PC d/b/a HVEA Engineers (the "Engineer") entered into an agreement with the Town dated as of January 25, 2023, as amended, for preliminary and detailed design and right-of-way services necessary for the Project
- WHEREAS, the Engineer has prepared plans for the Project and has requested that the Town proceed with advertising for requests for bid for the proposed Project substantially in the form on file with the Town Clerk
