RESOLVED

  1. that the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the Supervisor to accept the foregoing proposal for the Project and execute a contract in substantially the form provided by the request for proposals, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance and such further documentation as required by the Purchasing Agent.
