RESOLVED

  1. Bond Resolution No. 88 dated December 12, 2017 is amended to authorize Recreation Park improvements at an estimated increased maximum cost of $1,850,000.
  2. Serial bonds of the Town of Red Hook in an increased aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,200,000 are authorized pursuant to the Local Finance Law to finance a portion of the cost thereof.
  3. This resolution shall be subject to a permissive referendum.
  4. The Town Supervisor is delegated certain powers in connection with the issuance of bonds.
