RESOLVED

  1. the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the acceptance and execution by the Supervisor of the Van Etten Change Order for the Van Etten Contracting, LLC contract for the Fruit Bud Lane Recreation Park Connector Project.

  • WHEREAS, the Town has entered into a contract with Van Etten Contracting, LLC for the "Town of Red Hook Fruit Bud Lane Recreation Park Connector Project" based on plans and specifications prepared by Tighe & Bond Engineering, P.C. (the "Town Engineer"), with a contract amount of $251,450.00 and the Town Engineer has recommended a change order #1 with an additional net increase of $19,500.00 (Van Etten Change Order) in the form on file with the Town Clerk, and the final completion date unchanged;
