RESOLVED
- The Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized and directed to execute the Central Hudson Easement in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the officer executing the same.
- The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for and in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution.
- This resolution shall take effect immediately.

- WHEREAS, in connection with the installation of a 0.7491 MW community solar array on an approximately 4 acre portion of the 11.16 acre parcel ("Solar Parcel") at 134889-6273-00-530088-0000 and 134801-6272-07-550997-0000, located adjacent to the Cookingham Farm property west of Route 9, the Town has entered into a New York State Standardized Contract for Interconnection of New Distributed Energy Units and/or Energy Storage Systems with Capacity of 5 MW or Less Connected in Parallel with Utility Distribution Systems dated January 27, 2025 between Central Hudson Gas and Electric ("Central Hudson") and the Town
- WHEREAS, in connection with such agreement, Central Hudson has determined that is necessary for the Town to provide an easement for electric lines and poles at the Solar Parcel, and a form of such easement is on file with the Town Clerk ("Central Hudson Easement")
