RESOLVED
- the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook does hereby authorize the Supervisor to accept the foregoing bid for the project and execute a contract in such the form provided by the specifications, subject to the provision of a certificate of insurance and bonds and such further documentation as required by the bid specifications.

- WHEREAS, the Town issued a notice of public bids dated August 15, 2023, for the acceptance of sealed bids for the "St. Margaret's Plumbing," in the Town (the "Project"), to be opened at 3:00 p.m. on August 30, 2023 at Town Hall; and
- WHEREAS, specifications for the Project were included in the bid package dated August 17, 2023, as amended by addendum dated August 24, 2023 and on file with the Town Clerk; and
- WHEREAS, sealed bids for the Project were publicly opened and read on August 30, 2023, after due notice pursuant to Section 103 of the General Municipal Law, with bids received as set forth on the tabulation included on file with the Town Clerk; and
- WHEREAS, the bid of Ackerman Mechanical Inc., in the amount of $28,720.00 for the base bid, with alternate no. 1 (sink in ADA bathroom) at $495.00, for a total contract price of $29,215.00 for the Project, has been determined to be the lowest responsible bid for such work as specified in the specifications on file with the Clerk
