RESOLVED

  1. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized to execute the Amendment and Extension to the County Procurement IMA for a one-year period from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, an Intermunicipal Agreement ("County Procurement IMA") was entered into between the Town of Red Hook and the County of Dutchess (the "County") regarding assistance from the County with central purchasing services; and
  • WHEREAS, the Town desires to extend the County Procurement IMA with the County for a one-year period from November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024 as provided in an agreement, a form of which is on file with the Town Clerk; and
  • WHEREAS, such execution of the County Procurement IMA extension is hereby determined to be in the best interests of the Town
