RESOLVED

  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, that the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to solicit proposals for the 2024 Tank Inspection Project substantially in accordance with the specifications on file with the Town Clerk, with bids to be received until 11:00 am on September 30, 2024, or such later date and time as determined by the Supervisor.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook, has a need for water storage tank inspection and sediment removal for Water District #1 ('2024 Tank Inspection Project') which is essential to ensure the continued safety and reliability of the municipal water supply
  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook has prepared a Request for Proposal including specifications to solicit qualified contractors for said 2024 Tank Inspection Project
  • WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Town of Red Hook to authorize the appropriate contract to ensure timely and effective completion no later than December 31, 2024
