RESOLVED

  1. The Dutchess County Community Development Consortium Fiscal Year 2022 grant application in the amount of $150,000, for septic and water needs at St. Margaret's and the Town Hall, and pathway access and parking at St. Margaret's, including the certifications included therein, is hereby approved.
  2. The submission of said application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development is hereby authorized.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
