RESOLVED

  1. The Dutchess County Community Development Consortium Fiscal Year 2023 grant application in the amount of $100,000 for improving accessibility by installing a lift at St. Margaret's Cultural Arts Center, including the certifications included therein, is hereby approved.
  2. The submission of said application to the Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development is hereby authorized.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
