RESOLVED

  1. The Dog Control and Housing Services Agreement between the Town of Red Hook and Dutchess County SPCA is hereby approved subject to the revision of the provisions regarding veterinary costs to reflect the prior contract provisions, to be reviewed and approved by the Supervisor.
  2. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor.
