RESOLVED

  1. by the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor or, in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, to execute an Agreement with the Consultant in a maximum estimated project cost of $3,800, for services to develop updated maps for the Town of Red Hook LWRP
  2. The officers, employees and agents of the Town are hereby authorized and directed for an in the name and on behalf of the Town to do all acts and things as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the officer, employee or agent acting, desirable and proper to effect the purposes of the foregoing resolution
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately
