RESOLVED
- The Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is authorized to execute the proposed Addendum #1 to the Agreement providing for an increased not to exceed amount of $282,000.00.
- The Supervisor of the Town, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to execute the foregoing amendment to the Agreement in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the officer executing the same.

- WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook ('Town') and Hudson Valley Engineering Associates, PC d/b/a HVEA Engineers (the 'Firm') entered into an agreement dated as of January 25, 2023 for preliminary and detailed design and right-of-way services necessary to replace the Saw Kill Road Bridge known as the 'Saw Kill Bridge Replacement' PIN 8762.65 (hereinafter, the 'Agreement')
- WHEREAS, the Firm has proposed an Addendum #1 to the Agreement to increase the not-to-exceed amount by $15,000.00 to provide for additional services necessary to complete the design and ROW phase
