RESOLVED

  1. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence, the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized to extend and execute the County Procurement IMA with the County for a one-year period from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022.
  2. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, an Intermunicipal Agreement ("County Procurement IMA") was entered into between the Town of Red Hook and the County of Dutchess (the "County") regarding assistance from the County with central purchasing services, for a term of one year with an option for up to five additional one-year extensions
  • WHEREAS, the Town desires to exercise its option to extend the County Procurement IMA with the County for a one-year period from November 1, 2021 to October 31, 2022
  • WHEREAS, such extension of the County Procurement IMA is hereby determined to be in the best interests of the Town
