RESOLVED

  1. That the Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes Supervisor McKeon, or in his absence or unavailability Deputy Supervisor Hamel, to submit a letter of intent to submit an application for a Restore New York Communities Initiative grant in support of the Project
  2. The Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish a notice of public hearing regarding the property assessment list and proposed application for a Restore New York Communities Initiative grant in connection with the Project in the Poughkeepsie Journal, the official newspaper of said Town, to appear at least three consecutive days not later than five days prior to the date of said public hearing
  3. The Town Board of the Town of Red Hook shall hold a public hearing on April 24, 2024, at 7:35 p.m. at the Town Hall, 7340 South Broadway, Red Hook, New York, to hear all interested parties on said grant application
  4. This resolution shall take effect immediately
