RESOLVED

  1. The Agreement between the Town and County regarding ADA improvements at the St. Margaret's Cultural Center is hereby approved.
  2. The Supervisor of the Town is hereby authorized and directed to execute such agreement in substantially the form on file with the Clerk, with such insubstantial changes as may be approved by the Supervisor.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
