RESOLVED

  1. The Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the Supervisor to engage Frank Vosburgh & Sons, for the amount of $1000 per snow event or $1500 per snow event above 8" and $200 per event for de-icing, as set forth in the proposal on file with the Purchasing Agent, for the Sidewalk Snow and Ice Services.
  2. The Town of Red Hook hereby authorizes the Supervisor to engage Frank Vosburgh & Sons, for the amount of $250 per snow event and $125 per event for de-icing as set forth in the proposal on file with the Purchasing Agent, for the Parking Lot Snow and Ice Services.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, the Town of Red Hook has a need for removal of snow and ice on the following town properties from time to time during calendar year 2022: (1) Route 9 sidewalks (east and west sides) in the Town of Red Hook (Sidewalk Snow and Ice Services; and (2) Town Hall parking lot and Town recycling center ("Parking Lot Snow and Ice Services")
  • WHEREAS, after soliciting proposals to qualified contractors to provide such services, the Purchasing Agent has recommended that Frank Vosburgh & Sons be engaged to provide Sidewalk Snow and Ice Services and Frank Vosburgh & Sons be engaged to provide Parking Lot Snow and Ice Services
