RESOLVED
- The Town Supervisor is authorized to execute the EAF Part 1
- The Town Board hereby determines that the proposed action is a Type I action under the State Environmental Quality Review Act
- The Town Board hereby declares its intent to serve as Lead Agency in a coordinated review of this action and hereby instructs the Town Clerk to circulate notice of its intent to all involved and interested agencies identified in the EAF, together with a copy of the EAF
- The Town Clerk is further authorized and directed to refer a copy of this resolution with the EAF and CAF to the Planning Board of the Town of Red Hook for their recommendation on consistency of the proposed action with the Town's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program.
- A Determination of Significance will be made at such time as all reasonably necessary information has been received by the Town Board to enable it to determine whether the action will or will not have a significant effect on the environment.

- WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Red Hook is proposing an updated Local Waterfront Revitalization Program plan, to update its LWRP adopted in 1995, and is proposing amendments to Chapter 68 and the adoption of a new Chapter 89 of the Town Code to address the comprehensive update to the Town of Red Hook's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, and to be consistent with the Town of Red Hook Comprehensive Plan policies
- WHEREAS, a Full Environmental Assessment Form (EAF) and Coastal Assessment Form (CAF) has been prepared for the proposed action and is on file with the Town Clerk
- WHEREAS, the Board has performed a preliminary review of the EAF and has reviewed the thresholds for Type I and Type II actions set forth in 6 NYCRR 617.4 and 617.5
