RESOLVED

  1. the Town of Red Hook hereby awards the 2021 Water Tank Project contract to Underwater Solutions, Inc. for the inspection of the Town's Water Storage Tank and sediment removal and replacement of a roof vent for the lump sum price of $21,375.00, as set forth in the proposal on file with the Purchasing Agent
  2. Supervisor Robert McKeon, or in his absence the Deputy Supervisor, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Contract for Public Work with Underwater Solutions, Inc. in substantially the form on file with the Purchasing Agent with such changes as shall not materially affect the substance thereof and which shall be consistent with the terms of this resolution.
  3. This resolution shall take effect immediately.

  • WHEREAS, after review of the responses, the Purchasing Agent has recommended that Underwater Solutions, Inc. be engaged to complete the 2021 Water Tank Project
