RESOLVED

  1. The Town Board authorizes and directs the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to execute and submit an application to the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) for a grant in the amount of $378,350 under the Environmental Protection Fund for the above-described project and located within this community.

  • WHEREAS, The proposed grant is in the amount of $378,350 for improvements including a building with four unisex ADA accessible bathrooms, concessions, and a water bottle filling station and related septic, water and electric utilities, subject to a match by the Town in an equal amount.
