RESOLVED
- by the Town Board of Town of Red Hook (by the favorable vote of not less than a majority of all members of the Board) that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Supervisor, or in his absence or unavailability the Deputy Supervisor, to execute and submit an application to the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) for a grant in the amount of $378,350 under the Environmental Protection Fund for the above-described project and located within this community
